  1. Take 1 cup plain flour or maize flour
  2. Prepare 3/4 cup quark cheese
  3. Take 1/2 cup warm water approx

  6. Make ready 1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano 1tsp cumin powder

  1. Mix together flour cheese and water to form a soft dough, wrap in plastic and set aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Cook beef and cumin in pan on medium heat, add beans cook until well heated, stir in oregano and cool. Roll dough on a plain surface upto 2mm thickness, cut into 8.5 cm rounds, place 1 level tbsp of filling, wet edges and fold to half moon, pressing the edges, trim with cookie cutter. Place few pieces in air fryer and fry @185 degrees for about 15 minutes or until brown and crisp.
