- In a blender add all the caesar dressing ingredients aside from the salt and pepper and blend until lump free
- Season the dressing with salt and pepper to your taste
- Dice bread into roughly 1cm by 1cm pieces and then coat in oil, salt and oregano
- Place croutons onto a lined baking tray and place in preheated oven for 14 mins or until golden brown and crunchy
- Remove croutons from the oven and allow to cool
- Place your desired amount of lettuce, cucumber, avocado, anchovies into bowls and then drizzle on caesar dressing, croutons and a little more parmigiano reggiano to finish
