- Cooldown the mixture.and grind them into a fine paste. Heat butter in a pan add flour and mix well. Add salt and cook for 2 mins
- Add milk slowly and keep stirring continuously ensuring there are no lumps.
- Add broccoli mixture,and mix well add jeera powder and black pepper powder.cook on medium heat and bring to a simmer. Add salt to taste and garam masala a pinch.
