- Add all dry ingredients in grated vegetables and mix well. Now the tikki dough is ready.
- Heat 1tbsp oil in a flat fry pan. Take small portion and make patties. Fry till turn golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
- If you want, sauté the grated vegetables for 3mins. Cool it and add besan flour to mix dough.(optional)
