- Prepare 1 tbsp ger -garlic paste
- Get 1/2 cup chopped onion

Instructions to make Egg Pulao:
- Wash and soak basmati rice for 30 minutes.
- Hard boil eggs,peel and fry in 2 tbsp oil to golden.Keep aside.
- Heat a heavy bottomed pan.Add oil and fry chopped onion till translucent.Add ger garlic paste and saute for 1 minute.
- Add tomato and salt,add 1/4cup water and cook for 3-4minutes on medium flame.
- Add all powdered spices,mix and add curd.Mix and cook for 1 minute.Add all vegetables.Stir.
- Add 1/2cup water and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
- Add basmati rice and eggs and add 3.5 cups hot water.Adjust salt.Cover and let it boil.
- After 1 boil simmer the flame to low-medium and further cook for 4-5minutes.
- Check the rice.mix rice with gentle hand.Garnish with coriander leaves(optional)
- Serve hot with raita/salad
