  2. Add into salted water and boil for about 5-7 mins or till a fork can pierce through. You want the potato firm and not mushy or soft. Then drain in a colander and set aside.
  3. Once the potato is cool, tip from the colander to a wide bowl and add the remaining ingredients and toss around. Then pour in your lined oven tray and bake for 20-25mins.

  7. Add the sweet peppers and season as desired, then about 2mins, tip in your can of baked beans and allow to simmer for 3 to 4mins.
