- Get 8/10 cup malai
- Make ready as needed Curd
- Make ready 2 cup water

- First collect malai from milk and store in a bowl, when it store enough, remove this from fridge and keep normal tempt, now add 1/2cup curd optional and 1or 2 cup water, mix well.
- Now churn this with churnner or mixer and make butter
- Now heat it till it became clear allow to cool and strain it, store it. self life 6months
