- Remove from heat.let it stand for 3 mins…now add the custard paste slowly,stirring continuously.Now cook it again on low flame stirring continuously for 5 mins.
- Remove from heat.Now add the jackfruit bits,mix it well…let it cool for 5 mins.Garnish it with jack fruit chunks…cool it well under fan. Refrigerate it for 5 hrs and relish our very own desi jack pudding..
