  2. Prepare 2 cup wheat flour

Instructions to make Raw Jackfruit paratha:

  1. Apply mustard oil on your hands. Peel and cut raw Jackfruit into pieces.
  2. Take a pressure cooker. Put Jackfruit pieces and 1/2 glass water in it. Give 2-3 whistle to it. Keep aside.
  3. Knead a dough with whole wheat flour. Add salt and 1/2 tbsp oil in it. The dough should be soft.
  4. Now take the raw Jackfruit pieces in a sieve and remove all the water from them. Mash them properly.
  5. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Put chopped onions in it and fry till they turn translucent. Add ger paste and chickpea flour, saute for a minute. Now add green chilli, all the spices and mashed Jackfruit. Mix properly.
  6. Let it come to room temperature.
  7. Now make 5 balls with the dough. Fill this stuffing in them.
  8. Now roll them to make thick parathas.
  9. Apply oil on both sides of the parathas and cook till crisp.
  10. Serve these hot and yummy Jackfruit parathas with curd, mint chutney,sauce or pickle.
