  2. Prepare 1 cup Cheese Gouda and Havarti
  3. Take 2 tbsp Pizza sauce
  4. Take 9-10 Basil leaves

  6. Get 1/6 cup Tomato Chopped
  7. Get 1 tsp Mint powder

  1. Cut the avocado in 2 pieces, remove seed. Apply little salt on it.
  2. Now mix all spices, capsicum, crushed basil leaves(keep some of for garnishing) in the sauce, mix well and pour it in cavity of avocado. Grate the cheese if not.
  3. Now add some tomato pieces on it and then cheese.
  4. Now place it in the pre greased pan.
  5. Baked it in oven for 7 mins at 200-250F or in pan by keeping one plate and then avocado contained mold on it on medium flame for 10 mins.
