- Roll out each dough about 5-6 inch diameter.Place a portion of prepared stuffing in the center.Gather the edges like pleats and press at the center.Dust some flour and roll like the size of a chapati.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan.Drizzle 1 tsp oil and place the paratha on it.Fry one side,flip and drizzle oil and fry the other side till brown spots appear.
