  2. (I like only capsicum for filling..it’s your wish to select veggies or chicken.and I can go for raw capsicum.if you need cooked veggies means just toss it with butter for 2 minutes)
  3. In a bowl add, veggies of your wish(I took chopped capsicum) and chopped boiled egg, mayonnaise,salt,chilli flakes or pepper,and shredded cheese(optional).mix well.
  4. Slowly smear the filling inside the bread and before tht add butter if you need.
  5. Place it in sandwich maker or your grill pan… enjoy your cheesy egg panini in warm temperature..
