- Melt butter in pan. Saute one chop garlic clove. Chop white part of spring onion fry to pink. Add soya sauce seasonings.
- Add mozarella in pan at low flame. It vl start melting then add boiled pasta in cheese. fold gently all pasta in cheese. Add milk little by little so as to help mixing pasta in melted cheese
- When pasta cheese are blended completely. Turn off heat. Dishout. Garnish with chop greens of spring onion. Top up with shredded mozarella cheese for extra cheesy flavour.
