The ingredients needed to make Hummus:

  1. Take 11/2 cups soaked overnight boiled chickpeas
  2. Take 3 tbsps hung curd
  3. Prepare 6-8 cloves garlic
  4. Prepare 2 tbsps juice
  5. Make ready 3tbps olive oil
  6. Get to taste salt
  7. Make ready 2 tbsp chilli flakes
  8. Take 2 tbsp oregano

Steps to make Hummus:

  1. First wash the chickpeas well and soak overnight and pressure cook till the chickpeas become tender.
  2. In a blender, add the boiled chickpeas, curd, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and salt and blend to a coarse paste. If required add 2 tbps water… add oregano and chilli flakes. I added chilli powder. Hummus is ready
