The ingredients needed to make Hummus:
- Get To make tahini
- Take 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- Get 2 tbsp extra virolive oil
- Make ready 1 cup chickpeas
- Get 2 tbsp lemon juice

- Soak the chickpeas in water overnight. Pressure cook them for 4 whistles or till they become very soft.
- Roast the sesame seeds till aromatic. Cool it and grind it to a fine powder. Then add 2 tbsp olive oil and blend or pulse it. Tahini is ready
- Strain the chickpeas and add it to the food processor, add 2 garlic cloves chopped, lemon juice, salt,cumin powder and the tahini. Grind it to a smooth paste by adding oil and hot water while it’s grinding. Transfer it to a bowl add olive oil and paprika serve it with Falafel
