The ingredients needed to make Hummus:

  1. Prepare 1 can chickpeas
  2. Get 1 lemon juice (small lemon)
  3. Prepare 5 tablespoons tahini

  3. Peel as many chickpeas as you can for a creamier texture by rubbing them between you palms and removing the skin

  5. Add some of the water that you boiled the chickpeas in gradually until you get a smooth creamy mixture
  6. Drizzle some extra virolive oil on top
  7. Or if you like you can add minced meat fried with onion, and a pinch of: cinnamon, allspice, salt and pepper
