  3. While sausage is cooking mix eggs,spinach,half cheese and milk until incorporated
  4. Add sausage to eggs and mix. Then press excess water out of potatoes and add to eggs and mix
  5. Put in greased baking dish add remainder of cheese to the top and bake for 40-45 min
