The ingredients needed to make Nachos:

  1. Get 1 cup Corn flour (yellow)
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup Wheat flour
  3. Prepare 2 Tbsp Oil
  4. Prepare 1/2 Tsp Salt
  5. Get 1/4 Tsp Turmeric
  6. Get 1/2 Tsp Red chilli powder
  7. Prepare 1/2 Tsp Black pepper powder
  8. Prepare 1 Tsp Garlic powder
  9. Prepare As needed Water
  10. Get As needed Oil for frying

Instructions to make Nachos:

  1. Take corn flour or makai atta and wheat flour in a bowl, add all the other ingredients and mix well.
  2. Add water as required to make a thick dough. Let the dough rest for about 20-25 min.
  3. Make a ball of the dough and roll it out in a square shape till it’s thickness is equal to that of a roti.
  4. Now cut out triangles from it and prick it well with a fork.
  5. Deep fry the nachos in hot oil on high flame. Remove when crisp.
  6. You may toss it with peri peri masala or any other to add flavour. Tasty and crispy nachos are ready!
