  11. Prepare 2 bowls Steam rice (80% cooked)
  12. Get Few drops Food colour, green, red and yellow
  13. Take 2 Glasses water
  14. Prepare 1 Steamer

Steps to make Steam, Colourful Rice balls:

  1. Turn on the gas place a kadhai pour there oil. When the oil gets hot add cumin seeds, chopped onions, ger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chopped green chillies and saute them all for 2 mins. Then add Mashed potatoes and again saute all masala and coat well with Aloo. At last add Maggi masala to it. Mix it well then turn off the flame.
  2. Now cool it for 10 mins. Then make small…small balls.
  3. Now take rice in 3 different bowls and mix there a pinch of different food colour. Mix it
  4. Now on your palm take some rice and Aloo stuffing and again make round shape. Repet the same in preparing others.
  5. Now keep it in Freeze for 20 mins.
  6. Now steam it in a steamer add water when the steam appears. Just make sure that before steaming grease the mould with little oil and put all balls in distance and steam it. It will take 10 mins. Then done serve with Chutney.
