Instructions to make Chicken Tikka Masala:

  1. First marinate the chicken with curd,chicken tikka masala, tandoori masala,coriander powder, cumin powder turmeric powder, Kashmir red and, lemon juice, ger garlic paste and salt.
  2. Once it’s cooked,remove from the skewer and keep it aside.
  3. Soak for 1-2 hrs
  4. Arrange them in a skewer and grill the chicken in oven for 40 minutes (both sides)
  5. Pour butter in a saucepan, add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and bay leaves.
  6. Then add ger garlic paste, saute till the raw smell goes off.
  7. Add onion paste,cook for 5-8mins,then add tomato and cashew paste.Add half cup of water and close the lid and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  8. Finally add fresh cream,give it a quick stir and add grilled chicken to it.Mix it well and serve.
