The ingredients needed to make mini quiches:
- Prepare 250 ml flour
- Prepare 1 ml salt
- Get 100 ml margarine
- Make ready 45 ml ice water

- Let the bases cool.
- Once cooled, fill with favourite filling. Suggestion: mushrooms, cheese, , spinach and egg, which is quick and easy to prepare in a pan while the bases cool. Or try a sweet option, eg. jam, chocolate mousse, meringue or thick custard.
