  2. Add boiled spinach, peas and carrots in it and mix well cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add water and check the salt. If needed add more. Now add soaked rice in the water and cook them.
  4. Cook rice on low flame by covering with lid till they are cooked.
  5. Spinach rice are ready to serve with mint chutney and raitaa.
