The ingredients needed to make Pulao:

  1. Get 1 Cup Rice
  2. Get as required Vegetables
  3. Make ready 1 Onion
  4. Prepare 2 Green chilli
  5. Prepare 1 cup Kidney beans
  6. Take 1 tbsp Cumin seeds

Instructions to make Pulao:

  1. Boil the red kidney beans and rice and let them cool
  2. In a pan put desi ghee, cumin seeds, vegies (your choice) cook 2 mins
  3. Add red kidney beans, rajma masala, salt, paper, turmeric mix and cook for 2 min again add little water if you need
  4. Add boiled rice and mix well add little water cook for 2-3 mins serve and garnish with onion and red chilli.
  5. I serve it with small puri (optional)
