- Now add bay leaf,clove,cardamom to it.cook till it sputter.
- Add rice to it and toss gently to coat them with ghee well.
- Add sugar and salt.Mix well till sugar melts and little caramalized.
- Mix fried onion,raisins and cashewnuts.
- Add saffron to the warm milk.
- Add this milk to the rice and cooks a little on low flame approx 2-3 minutes.
- Ready to serve.Garnish with some more dry fruits.
