- Prepare 1 tsp red chilli sauce

- Prepare 3 tsp honey
- Prepare 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds
- Get 2 green chillies chopped
- Get 1 tsp tomato ketchup
- Make ready 1/2 tsp pepper powder optional
- Take 1 tsp oil
- Prepare For garnising:
- Prepare As required Spring onion
Instructions to make Honey chilli Gobhi/ cauliflower:
- First clean up gobhi with warm salted water.
- Make a thick batter with batter ingredients and dip the florets one by one and deep fry all. Remove excess oil by paper towel.
- Now make a sauce just heat oil, add garlic then add one by one all sauce and other ingredients, atlast honey and lemon juice and mix properly. Don’t fry garlic much just put into hot oil then add all sauces.
- Now mix Gobhi with sauce on flame. Mix for 1-2 mins. Take out from flame.
- Served it hot after garnising with spring onions.
