  1. Wash, chop and pressure cook Cauliflower florets for 3 to 4 whistles. (depending upon the size you chop).
  2. Boil Soya granules in 1 cup Water with salt for 3 minutes. Drain the water and keep aside.
  3. Wash Rice flakes properly and soak in the water for some time.
  4. Drain, squeeze out water and take it in a big plate.
  5. Add Cauliflower and Soya granules. Add all masala mentioned above.
  6. Add 2 tbsp oil. Mix everything. Make a dough.
  7. Grease your palms and make Tikkis of desired size.
  8. Heat oil in a nonstick pan and shallow fry your Tikkis.
  9. Flip over after one side is done.
  10. Your tempting healthy Tikkis are ready to serve.
  11. Serve with Tomato ketchup and a glass of lemon juice.
