  1. Make ready 1 cup cabbage
  2. Prepare 4-5 tbsp red chilli powder
  3. Get 3-4 tbsp lemon juice
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp fenugreek powder
  5. Take 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  6. Take to taste Salt
  7. Make ready Seasoning
  8. Take 1/2 cup oil
  9. Take 1 tsp mustard seeds
  10. Prepare 2 Springs curry leaves
  11. Prepare 2 dry red chilli
  12. Get 2 tbsp crushed garlic cloves

Steps to make Cabbage pickle:

  1. Wash and cut the cabbage in large cube and allow to dry completely. Take one pan put oil when it heat put some mustard seed, dry red chilli, curry leaves and garlic. Fry all until garlic become golden brown then off the flame and keep side for cool.
  2. Take one big bowl put cabbage, lemon juice,chilli powder, mustard and fenugreek powder and salt mix all well.
  3. When oil little cool then mix in cabbage mixture and mix well and keep a side for two hours.
  4. After two hours you check pickle leave the oil and it ready you can put in one airtight container and enjoy with paratha, chapati and dal rice etc.
