  2. Get 2 eggs
  3. Take Panko bread cbs
  4. Take Flour
  5. Take Spice of choice

  7. Take Milk / water for egg wash
  8. Make ready Mozzarella cheese or any kind of shredded cheese
  9. Take Egg wash
  10. Prepare Eggs a splash of milk a Squeeze or two Siriacha sauce mix well for something more hotter use more siriacha

Instructions to make Sriracha Mushrooms:

  1. Make egg wash
  2. Place some flour in a bowl or plate, do the same with the Pakno
  3. Mix in spices with Pakno and cheese.(I didn’t have any cheese I used grated Parmesan, when making this Batch)
  4. Take mushroom one at a time, coat with flour, then egg wash, then Pakno mixture, set in air fryer.
  5. Spray all of them with olive oil cooking spray.
  6. Air fry to your liking (400 for 15-20 mins) I moved them around about 3 different times I had big ones and didn’t want them to burn.
