  1. Take a bowl add cocoa powder Add 3 spoons hot water in it and mix it keep aside.
  2. Plain flour, baking powder Sieve them.
  3. Take another big bowl add condensed milk, butter, chocolate Syrup and beat with a spatula.
  4. Now pour the mixture of maida and water and step 1 batter and beat repeat the process
  5. Add vanilla essence.
  6. At last add baking soda and mix.
  7. Grease a cake pot with ghee and maida pour the batter in the tin and put choco chips.
  8. Put a kadhai 10 minute on fast flame than put cake pot and bake for 35-40 minutes now cake is ready to cut.
