- Remove the skin of tapioca
- Cut into small pieces
- Boil for 20 mnts or till done (cooking time varies for each variety/season/place ofcultivation)
- W hen cooked drain the water
- Grind green chllies, grated coconut, jeera, turmeric, shallots and garlic to a coarse paste.
- Heat oil in tawa, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and red chillies. After spluttering add the ground masala with very little water. Saute for 2 minutes. Add cooked tapioca and salt to taste and mix well.
- Serve with any curry, preferably fish curry.
