- Heat a karhai (wok) add some butter and oil, add ger garlic paste and fry for few sec than add tomato puree, red chilli powder, salt, tandori masala and milk Cook till oil comes up and tomato rawness goes off.If required add little water.
- Now add fried chicken and bhunai karen, add cream, garam masala, green chillies, qasuri methi, and give coal dum and cover.
- Make gravy as thick as you like,or dry.
