  1. Get 2 cups broken wheat(porridge)
  2. Make ready To taste jaggery
  3. Prepare 1 teaspoon saunf (fennel seeds)
  4. Take pinch cardamom powder
  5. Get 2 tablespoon Desi ghee
  6. Get As needed Dry fruits

Steps to make Laapsi:

  1. Wash and soak daliya for 15 minutes
  2. In a cooker add ghee and soaked daliya and roast till changes colour it takes alot of time
  3. In another pan take 3 glass of water and jaggery and boil
  4. Once boiled add this water in daliya.mix nicely with saunf, cardamom powder and nuts
  5. Pressure cook for 4 to 5 Whistles
  6. Serve hot
