- Prepare 50 g Pecorino Romano
- Prepare 1 stock cube (Beef, Chicken, or Vegetable)

- Boil the water in a pot and add the stock cube.
- Gradually whisk in the polenta until it reaches a thick polenta reaches a porridge like consistency.
