- Next morning, in a cooker add kale chole, salt, water and mitha soda.
- Soak the tamarind in 1 cup of hot water for 5-10 minutes. Strain through a sieve and reserve pulp.
- In a small bowl or plate add 4-5 spoon boiled chane and mash them.then add these mash into cooker.
- Add tamarind water in small kdai and boil it
- Add boiled tamarind water,red chilli powder, dhaniya power and black pepper mix them well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
