Instructions to make Kohlrabi paratha:
- Peel off the skin in kohlrabi and finely shred them using chopper.
- Heat the oil in medium flame in the medium-sized pan. Add fennel seeds.
- Add ger, ger garlic paste, kohlrabi and fry them.
- Add chilli powder, garam masala powder, pepper powder, salt and add 2 tbsp water.
- Close the pan with lid and it cook for 7 minutes and open it and garnish it with coriander leaves.
- Take wheat flour, salt, oil in a bowl and add water as per requirement and knead it into a soft dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Now flatten the dough in medium-size and place the kohlrabi stuffing in the centre and bring the joints together and join them in centre and press them downwards.
- Roll them gently.
- Heat the dosa pan on medium flame and place the paratha on the pan.
- Let it cook for a minute and turn it other side and cook for another 1 minute and remove it and spread some ghee on both sides.kohlrabi paratha ready.
